T4 only drugs may cause hair loss and you may benefit from the full compliment of T1, T2, T3 and T4 &  Calcitonin in Armour. Thyroid problems may influence the way your s*x hormones are being utilized. T3 is the hormone your body uses, so if you are not converting the synthetic thyroid hormone T4 well, you may be deficient; hence the hair falling out etc. We have a large GA Thyroid support group if you would like to join..
